Version .19 changes


A series of changes were made between versions .17 and .19 across two playtests. The changes include:

  • Structured to increase the number of lances per session
  • Lances will slightly alter the Earth (Boon or Complication) rather than change the Earth entirely
  • Public Objective removed as a mechanic
  • All specific Conditions removed and replaced with fill-in-the-blank Conditions
  • Every Failed Move adds a tick to a six-count clock, at the end of which is a fluxfall
  • Core Moves overhauled to be more narrative and with fewer or no mechanical bonuses
  • More GM tools, tricks and tips explained in the GM section
  • For virtual tabletops, a master panel template designed to display ALL of a session's data to all players on one page/screen
